Sun International appoints Times Square manager

Brett Hoppé will be at the reins of Sun International’s new multi-billion rand Time Square development in Menlyn, Pretoria.

Hoppé  has 26 years’ experience with Sun International in diverse roles encompassing a blend of operational, gaming, marketing and business acumen. Previously, he was the General Manager of The Boardwalk complex in Port Elizabeth and prior to that he was the General Manager of Sun City.

Construction of Times Square is nearing completion. It will be Sun International’s flagship property when it opens in April, comprising a casino, hotel, conferencing facilities, restaurants and retail outlets. It will also house an 8 500-seat arena which will play host to international and local concerts, exhibitions and lifestyle events.
